Sundial Timelines ("Sundial", "we") is operated by Aventi Weddings LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

What we collect

  • Timeline details you enter: names, wedding date, venues, schedule, vendors and their contact details, menu, notes and photo lists.
  • Vendor accounts: email, name, company, role, phone (optional) and a securely hashed password.
  • Vendor check-ins: the name, company, role and optional contact details a vendor enters when checking in at a wedding.
  • Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the plan, amount and a Stripe customer reference, not your card number.
  • Technical data: a hashed (not raw) network address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and basic view counts. We use only essential cookies (to keep you signed in); no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run Sundial: save and show your timeline to the people you share it with, send account emails (confirm your email, reset your password, and check-in alerts you turn on), process payments, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run Sundial for us, under their own privacy and security terms:

  • Stripe: payments and subscriptions.
  • Resend: sending account and alert emails.
  • Anthropic: AI drafting with Sunny, only when you use it. We send the timeline details needed for the request; couple names are not included in drafting requests.
  • Cloudflare: hosting and database.
  • Google Fonts: web fonts load from Google, which receives your browser's network address.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell or rent it.

Who can see your timeline

Your edit link can change the timeline. Vendor links show each vendor what they need, and the guest page shows only guest-facing details. Vendor contact details appear on the guest page only if you turn that on.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your information while you use Sundial. To delete a timeline or a vendor account, email [email protected] and we'll remove it. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.

Children

Sundial is not intended for children under 13.
