Sundial Timelines ("Sundial", "we") is a wedding-day timeline service at sundialtimelines.com, operated by Aventi Weddings LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. By using Sundial you agree to these terms.

What Sundial does

Sundial helps couples, planners and vendors build a wedding-day timeline, share a Day Sheet with vendors, publish a guest page and print QR signs. Vendors can create a free account and check in at weddings. Suggested times, checks and AI drafts are planning aids. You stay responsible for confirming times with your venue and vendors.

Your account and links

Timelines are edited through a private edit link. Anyone with that link can edit the timeline, so keep it private. Vendor accounts are protected by a password; keep it safe and tell us if you think someone else has access.

Your content

You own what you put into Sundial. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you (for example, to show your Day Sheet to the vendors you share it with). Don't upload content you don't have the right to share, and don't use Sundial for anything unlawful or abusive.

Paid plans and payment

Some plans are paid: a single timeline, a 5-timeline pack, and Pro and Team subscriptions billed monthly or yearly. Prices are shown on the Plans page before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your vendor account (Manage billing), and the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it in full.

AI drafting

Sunny, Sundial's AI helper, can suggest timeline wording and answer questions. AI suggestions can be wrong; review them before you rely on them. Sunny never moves your ceremony time unless you ask it to.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Sundial running but can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features, and we'll update these terms when needed; the date above shows the latest version.

Liability

Sundial is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Aventi Weddings LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
